Half of the fee will be taken up-front as a non-refundable deposit. This will be taken when the preliminary consultation and sketch phase is complete and you are happy to proceed with the commission as discussed.Please provide photo references where possible and/or relevant in order to expedite the commission process.In the consultation stage, I may incur a charge for excessive changes to the sketch or idea - please be as clear as possible with your brief to avoid this.I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a commission should I feel this is the best course of action for the sake of my mental health or any other reason.In the case of non-emote commissions, a contract will need to be signed, covering much of the above, plus recognition that I do not allow my art to be fed to Generative AI libraries, nor do I allow any modification or replication from my original images.I take payment via ko-fi, if you would rather pay directly via Paypal please let me know.
